In order to request the BKU service in a simplified procedure, in addition to the documents required for the BKU service, the client will be required to submit to the NZD:
1. an application with a request to perform cadastral survey of a building or a group of premises in a simplified procedure;
2. a construction project or a floor plan of a building or a plan of a group of premises, which corresponds to the as-built situation in the terrain and is prepared in vector format - DGN or DWG, signed by the author of the document with a secure electronic signature and a time stamp, whether or not prepared in the specification of the designations used in the graphical plans for cadastral surveying of buildings.
If the vector file is not prepared in accordance with the specification of the designations to be used in the cadastral survey plans, an additional fee will be charged for the electronic processing of the data (item 26 of the Service's schedule of fees).
These documents must be submitted to the Service at the time of initiation of the service or before the start date of the planned survey period, which will be notified to the customer upon payment of the pre-paid invoice for the order.
The Service's specialist shall carry out a simplified cadastral survey of the building or group of premises, checking the dimensions of the interior spaces (length, width, height), verifying that the windows, doors, openings, projections, columns, exterior spaces correspond to the submitted file.
The cadastral surveyor shall continue the cadastral survey of the building or group of premises in a simplified manner if it is established in the field that the submitted vector file:
1. the outdoor space or outdoor element specified in the terrain is not constructed;
2. the proposed fireplace/fireplace is not built on the site;
3. two rooms are functionally separated but no partition between them is proposed.
The cadastral survey of the building or group of premises shall be carried out in full by a specialist of the Service, at the full fee according to the Service's fee schedule, if the following is found in the locality:
1. the dimensions (length, width) of the premises surveyed in the control survey exceed the dimensions of the premises indicated in the submitted vector file by more than the accuracy indicators specified in Sub-paragraphs 18.1 and 18.2 of the Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No 116 of 7 March 2023 "Regulations on Cadastral Survey of Buildings" (for measurements up to and including eight metres +/- 0.02 m; for measurements greater than eight metres +/-0.25 %);
2. the construction of the premises does not conform to the layout shown in the vector file submitted;
3. windows, doors, openings, wall projections, columns not depicted in the submitted vector file, or substantially different in size or location from those shown in the vector file, or found to be missing;
4. exterior space not indicated in the submitted vector file.
