Inside a renovated house, salon rooms are sold. The rooms have not been repaired. There is a separate entrance of its own.
in 2018, after a project agreed on the building authority, the house was renovated, and all water and sewer risers and electricity were replaced.
The facade renovation was in 2020.
The house is run by the association; utilities are very cheap. The monthly management fee is ~ EUR 20.
In the rooms, all the windows face the street.
