Modern, energy-efficient apartments in the new AMBER PARK project - thoughtful layouts, quality construction and a tidy, safe environment for a comfortable everyday life. The project offers 2-4 room apartments with a floor area from 40 to 160 m² - suitable for couples, families and those who want more space for work and leisure.
The building was built with an emphasis on comfort and thermal insulation: quality windows, good sound and thermal insulation, as well as centralised utilities. The heating is centralised (gas), with individual consumption metering for each apartment, and water consumption is metered separately. The apartments have the possibility of individual air cooling (air conditioning). The balconies are covered with terracotta flooring. In addition, decorative wood finishes are to be applied to the terraces, staircases and side elevation walls of the ground floor apartments.
The area is landscaped and safe: video surveillance, lighting, children's playground, bicycle parking and landscaping are planned. Parking spaces have been built for easy daily use and infrastructure for electric car charging stations has been provided.
