ABOUT THE PROJECT
The building complex has undergone a complete renovation, including full replacement of all utilities — electrical installations, water supply and sewage systems. The building facades have been renovated and insulated, and the attic spaces have been insulated as well. The reconstruction was carried out to achieve A and A+ energy efficiency class standards. The external walls have been insulated, energy-efficient double-glazed windows installed, and each apartment is fitted with an individual heat meter. A heat recovery ventilation system is installed in every room, ensuring efficient air exchange and fresh air supply without unnecessary heat loss. These improvements are considered one of the most effective cost-saving solutions in an apartment building and will result in low utility bills for residents.
