One of the greenest districts of Riga. Low utility bills. The apartment has been recently renovated.
Some improvements have been made to the layout. One "L"-shaped room has been made into two - one serves as a living room and the other as a bedroom. Both rooms are isolated.
During the renovation of the living room, a doorspace without a door has been left, so that more light enters the hallway and to create a feeling of spaciousness. The risers in the house were replaced in 2019. Water supply and sewer pipes are new.
Heating in the house is central city heating. Utility payments in summer are around 78-80 Euros. In winter, together with heating, they add up to around 160 Euros in the coldest months.
The land is owned. Real estate tax amounts to approximately 18 Euros.
Parking with permits is available for residents at the house. The permit fee is 15 Euros per year.
The house is in a very convenient location. Several shops are available nearby. The Rimi store is just 300 meters away and the Maxima store is just 400 meters away. There are more than 5 secondary schools within a radius of 2 kilometers, including the "Rīga" hockey school, which is only 500 meters away. The large Maxima XXX is only 1 kilometer away. By car, a large part of Riga can be reached in just 15 minutes, including Old Riga, Teika, Jugla, Ziepniekalns or Ķengarags. Convenient public transport both to the center and to other suburban destinations. Several bus stops are just a few minutes' walk away, and there is also a trolley bus stop 7 minutes' walk away on A. Deglava Street. The VALEO Medical Center is only a 17-minute walk away.
