The unusual house is the embodiment of early 20th century architectural design. It was built in the functionalist architectural style in 1933-1935. It was designed by architects Alfred Karr and Kurt Betge from the architectural office "A. Karr & K. Baetge". In 2004, the house was renovated according to the project of Sarma Norde Arhitekti.
The apartment is located on the 4th floor of the house and consists of 2 rooms, a bedroom and a living room, which is combined with a kitchen.
The kitchen with the living room is very spacious. The kitchen has all the necessary kitchen equipment with an electric stove. There is an exit from the living room to the balcony. There is also a spacious terrace. The total living area is 45m2, but with the terrace it makes 70m2.
There is no washing machine in the apartment, but the use of the common laundry room (in the basement of the building) is included in the price.
All windows are double historical wooden windows.
The apartment is heated by central heating. Utility bills in winter are around 200 Euros, but in summer around 140 Euros.
The house has an elevator.
